Personal
Injury
The Bennett Law Firm has
handle a broad range of personal injury cases from automobile accidents to
complex product liability lawsuits. The cases include, Suits against New
Home Builders, home siding litigation, care facility and nursing home
negligence as well as wrongful death actions. Other cases involve premises
liability or inadequate security matters involving apartment complexes,
restaurants, bars, where patrons and residents have been assaulted,
sexually assaulted, or where attacks have resulted in deaths or murders
and personal injuries. With most personal injury cases, the injured party
has two years from the time of injury to file a lawsuit. There are some
exceptions to the two year rule but you should not wait.
We presently
have several other cases against Honda, as well as numerous other personal
injury files that are in various stages of preparation. These
include other product liability cases and insurance
bad faith.
