Renée Moeller
Resume
With
over 26 years in the legal field Ms. Moeller currently focuses mainly on
grievance and legal malpractice defense matters, and hearings before the
Board of Law Examiners. This includes related appellate work, including
original writs to the Supreme Court of Texas. Her prior experience has
included Plaintiff's Personal Injury, Toxic Exposure, and Complex Tort
Litigation at both state and federal levels; Deceptive Trade Practices
claims, civil RICO, general civil litigation, transactional law, criminal
misdemeanors, family law, probate, legal and medical malpractice.
Additionally, Ms. Moeller has met statutory requirements and offers
mediation services to the community at large.
