Texas Board of Legal Specialization
Attorney Robert S.
"Bob" Bennett is certified as a specialist in consumer
law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. There are
fewer than 30 Texas attorneys presently certified in consumer
law. Such a distinction marks an attorney as being
exceptionally qualified in both expertise and experience in a
particular field. Nationally, no other state in the United States
has this type of certification.
It means,
specifically, that Mr. Bennett, who has been practicing law for
over 25 years, has counseled and represented clients in numerous
consumer claims; he has regularly attended consumer law seminars
to keep his legal training up to date. In addition, Mr. Bennett
had to be evaluated by fellow lawyers and judges and pass a
day-long written examination by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization.
